PRODUCTION TIME
Our standard production lead time is 7-8 weeks after receipt of a 50% downpayment. During public holidays the production is closed, which may add to the production time (summer holidays: +2 or 3 weeks / December: +1 week). For urgent projects, please get in touch about a reduced production time and we will try to facilitate.
CUSTOMIZATION
All our products can be fully customized at request. We also offer assistance in designing a unique piece, to fit the envisaged project. Please email us at info@mokkoamsterdam.com to discuss specifics to see how we can help you.
VIEWINGS
You are most welcome to visit our studio / showroom, which is located at Staringplein 13, 1054VJ in Amsterdam, and is open by appointment via info@mokkoamsterdam.com. Alternatively, we can schedule a video call to show you the products and options.
PARTS AND ASSEMBLY
Our tables are transported with legs separate from the table top. It is produced for easy assembly and made to be easily demounted in case you want to move or store it. When delivered within the Netherlands or Belgium, our transport colleagues will mount the table for you. For international shipping, also see ‘International Sales and Delivery’.
LOCAL PRODUCTION
All our products are made in the Netherlands. We strive for exceptional quality and make sure a fair share is earned by the craftsmen and woman that make our products. Per product we match the required skill with the right craftsmen / woman. Our tables are produced by a Dutch carpentry company working in the field of high end furniture production for 3 generations.
TIMELESS QUALITY AND DESIGN
Mokko strives for timeless products that lasts for for generations. Pieces that last in terms of quality and relevance. In our design language we embrace ancient, primal forms that have proven truly timeless. Fundamental shapes that have been used by makers since humans began to create. These are balanced and weighed to create the sculptural and monumental character of our pieces.
MATERIALS AND SUSTAINABILITY
The material of most of our products is solid high quality wood. Trees absorb CO2 from the atmosphere and store approximately 1 ton of CO2 per 1m3 of wood for their entire life cycle, whereby reducing greenhouse effect. We use 100% PEFC or FSC certified wood, grown in sustainably managed forests where more trees are planted than cut. FSC is a sustainability certification (click here for more info). Our products out of solid hardwood can be sanded and re-finished when necessary, to look brand new again. About 75% of the energy used at the workshops and studio is sourced from renewable energy sources (solar panels).
NL - BEL - DELIVERY AND ASSEMBLY
We work with an external company for delivery, unpacking and assembly of the furniture. For international delivery, also see under ‘International Sales and Delivery’.
WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
We offer worldwide shipping assistance on behalf of our clients. For international orders we work together with various experienced furniture transportation companies that offer attractive rates. Please email info@mokkoamsterdam.com to receive a quote for your destination. International shipping usually takes 1,5 - 3 weeks.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Our products are delivered together with a care & maintenance kit, including instructions and products for maintenance.
WARRANTY AND TERMS
We offer a pro-rata 5 year warranty. For more details, please refer to our general terms and conditions. Every object from our workshop is crafted according to specific wishes of our clients, as a consequence of which we do not accept returns. To make an informed decision, we offer color/material samples and welcome you in our showroom by appointment via info@mokkoamsterdam.com at Staringplein 13, 1054VJ in Amsterdam. Moreover, we promise an honest and top quality product and service.
